How does the treatment work?
Biostimulators are injectables that can contain different substances depending on the brand. In our case, we use Sunekos Biostimulators. They are a patented formula of hyaluronic acid and amino acids that are injected into the middle layer (deep dermis) of your skin.
This procedure stimulates the production of collagen in your body. Collagen is a protein that is vital for maintaining the firmness and texture of your skin.
When will I start to see results?
Biostimulators work in a similar way to derma fillers, with the main difference being the speed you will start to see results.
Whereas the effect of derma fillers is clear almost immediately, biostimulators work over a more prolonged period of time. However, the results tend to be longer-lasting.
It may take between two and six months to see results, but these could last for up to two years.
Are there any side effects to be aware of?
