How does it work?
Thread lift works by passing tiny threads underneath the surface of your skin, which are then gently tightened.
As your body absorbs these medical-grade threads, this subsequently triggers the production of collagen in your body. Collagen is an important protein which helps to maintain your skin’s natural firmness.
Does it hurt? Are there any side effects?
Although these threads are so small that your body will hardly notice them, you may feel slight tugging beneath the surface of your skin during the procedure.
You may experience some mild swelling after the treatment, but this only tends to last for a few days at most. The vast majority of patients can return to their daily routine immediately after the treatment.
How long until I see thread lift results?
Although some patients may see immediate results, it takes your body around 4-6 months to fully absorb the threads. This will improve the appearance of your skin for between 15 and 24 months.
